The Snider Company announces joint venture agreement with Stotan Industrial of Chicago for the development of the Palm Springs Fullfilment Center.
The project will consist of a 780,000 square foot warehouse facility. Construction is expected to begin in early 2024.

Liam Snider to join company as Vice President of Construction.
Liam will bring his construction and operations knowledge to this position. Liam most recently worked as Head of Operations for a mobile home community operator out of Northern California. Prior to that, he worked for an outdoor gear manufacturer, Duck Camp, in Austin, Texas, as well as for AutoCamp Hospitality Group. Liam graduated from Saint Edwards University in Austin, Texas.

The Snider Company closes on 38.9 acres of prime industrial land at the corner of 19th Avenue and Indian Canyon in Palm Springs, CA.
The project, which is being called The Palm Springs Fulfillment Center, will consist of a 780,000 square foot industrial building. The property was recently upzoned by the City of Palm Springs to accommodate the ever-increasing need for large scale warehouses for users that are being priced out of the Inland Empire. Kelly Nicholls of Lee and Associates will Market the project.

The Snider Company breaks ground on a new, 140,000 square foot tilt up concrete building.
This is Phase 3 of The Morongo Business Park, which currently features two industrial buildings totaling 422,731 SF. Desert Hot Springs city officials were in attendance to commemorate this exciting new venture. The Mayor and City Council were thrilled to see the 15 million dollar facility start construction, bringing added revenue and jobs to the City.

The Morongo Business park announces the lease signing for the first floor of the approximately 35,000 square foot building to Gabriel Munoz Group.
The lease is a 15 year agreement in which the tenant will add over 5 million dollars of tenant improvements to the space.

The company is pleased to announce the signing of a long term lease with PODS Moving & Storage to occupy a built-to-suit 60,000 square foot building. Construction will begin in April of 2023.

The Morongo Business Park announces the signing of a 15 year lease agreement with SFVPC of Sylmar, CA for the first floor space in Phase III of the business park.
The tenant is taking the space in shell form and will build out their facility using their own capital

This is the 4th park to be added to the Snider portfolio, increasing the total spaces owned and managed to over 500.

Prior to this, Mar worked as Head of Marketing and Operations for eero, a hardware technology company, as well as Senior Associate at wealth management firm Hall Capital Partners, both in San Francisco, CA. Mar graduated from McDonough Business School at Georgetown University.
